If the purchase you made isn’t up to your satisfaction, Pearl Exporting will accept items for exchange or returns. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization receipt and unaltered, unworn and in a saleable condition within 10 business days from delivery date of your order. Any returns after the 10-day period will only be eligible for store credit up to 30 days after the delivery date. If you wish to make a return please email us for a return authorization at: firstname.lastname@example.org (no refund will be granted without return authorization).
For further protection please do pack your returns in the original box, return your order through an insured courier (Example: FedEx, UPS) and hold on to your receipt. Gifts of the Mermaid is not responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note carrying your name and invoice number. After the returned package is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. Gifts of the Mermaid cannot refund the shipping charges on any return items.
